Beaumont Cornish Limited was established in 1998 by Roland Cornish, previously head of corporate finance at one of the City’s oldest merchant banks. Roland, Chairman and Founder, read classics at Pembroke College, Cambridge before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in London. In 1985, he joined the corporate finance department of Brown, Shipley & Co. Limited, becoming head of corporate finance and rebuilding the department after the recessionary problems of the early 1990’s. In 1997, he left to found his own firm, initially as CEO of an AIM listed vehicle, but as from 1998 through Beaumont Cornish Limited.

Our professional team comes from accountancy, finance and legal backgrounds with hands-on experience of numerous publicly quoted companies. Our collective experience consists of many years advising domestic and international companies principally listed on AIM and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Our aim is to provide independent and impartial advice to both established and growing businesses on all aspects of their corporate development. We advise both Offerors and Offerees on public takeovers and mergers subject to the Takeover Code.
We act as Nominated Advisers ("Nomads") on AIM flotations and transactions and on a continuing basis.
Acting as PLUS Markets Corporate Advisers, we bring focused companies to PLUS Markets, advise on transactions and on a continuing basis.
If required, we can act as Corporate Broker for AIM and Main Market Companies, doing so for several of our clients. Our philosophy is however to work with established institutional brokers with sector specialisation on significant capital raisings.
